This addendum is to be completed for every event that will include refreshments other than dry snacks and covered beverage containers. Submission of this addendum does not automatically reserve the library meeting space.
Meeting spaces may not be used to cook or warm food. The use of canned or open flame (such as candles, sternos) and other heating devices (such as electric burners, hot plates) is prohibited.
A $25 non-refundable cleaning fee will be applied for each approved instance and must be paid in advance.
The Meeting Spaces Application should be completed and approved before this addendum.
